Ruaidhri is a Director in Yendall Hunter’s Construction Disputes and Advisory Practice. A Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators, Ruaidhri has over 17 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries.
Ruaidhri has been awarded a Ph.D. for his research into underground construction after which he applied himself to the delivery of large complex infrastructure projects. After spending over four years in the delivery of major projects, Ruaidhri transitioned to an advisory role and supported clients on a range of project delivery issues through cost, baseline and schedule reviews. Over the past eight years, he has focused on advising clients on delay and disruption matters in construction projects across a range of industries including commercial, retail, rail, aviation, power generation, maritime, roads, oil & gas and other special purpose structures. Ruaidhri currently lectures on delay and disruption issues on the project management postgraduate diploma course at Trinity College Dublin.
