Vincent DeSapio is a Senior Director at Yendall Hunter with more than 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries. Vince is focused on construction-related disputes involving delay, cost or standard of care issues.

Vince has assisted clients on over 35 projects including: stadiums, commercial and residential developments, power plants, airports, pipelines, floating production storage and off-loading vessels, hotels, rail lines, hospitals, water production facilities, wind farms and steel mills. His project responsibilities include the review and analysis of schedules, cost accounting records and project records. He has provided advice in relation in both ongoing construction projects as well as in after-the-fact dispute environments.

Before joining Yendall Hunter, Vince worked in the construction disputes groups of Alvarez & Marsal and at Navigant Consulting. Earlier, he was a structural engineer for Clough, Harbour and Associates, performing design work, primarily relating to heavy transportation related projects. His responsibilities included design, detailing, construction cost estimates, change order reviews and RFI responses for heavy construction projects.

Vince earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a master’s in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.

He is a Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey and a registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
