Terry Hawkins is a Director at Yendall Hunter with 12 years of experience in the construction sector and more than 7 years of experience in construction-related disputes. Terry’s primary area of expertise is quantum analysis and he has assisted clients on a wide variety of construction and engineering projects in the energy, infrastructure, real estate and oil & gas sectors in the UK, Europe, South America, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Terry has prepared quantum analyses for both public and private sector clients and has been instructed to provide independent expert opinion in respect of matters relating to cost overruns and loss and expense.

Prior to joining Yendall Hunter, Terry worked with Andrew Yendall and Martin Hunter for 5 years in the Construction Disputes and Advisory team at Alvarez & Marsal. Before that, Terry spent 5 years working in various commercial roles with major UK Contractors.

Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University and a Master of Laws degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from the Robert Gordon University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
